Solitaire does not collect any data.
There is no account to create, no server to talk to, and no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. The app has no networking code in it at all. Everything it remembers — your game, your statistics, your settings — is written to your iPhone and stays there.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal information or usage data. We cannot identify you, and we have no way of knowing that you have installed or played the app.
In Apple’s App Privacy terms, this app is declared as Data Not Collected.
What the app saves on your device
So you can close the app mid-game and pick it up later, Solitaire writes the following to your iPhone’s own storage. None of it is personal information, and none of it leaves the device.

Network access
The app never connects to the internet. It contains no networking code, and it will run exactly the same in Airplane Mode as it does online. Every card is drawn by the app itself, so nothing is downloaded while you play.
Third parties
There are none. Solitaire contains no advertising networks, no analytics or crash-reporting services, and no third-party code of any kind. It is built only on frameworks that ship with iOS itself.
Children
Solitaire is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data whatsoever, it collects nothing from children either. There is no chat, no user-generated content, no purchases and no external links inside the app.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes everything it saved. iOS erases the app’s Documents folder and its stored settings along with it, and because none of that data was ever copied anywhere else, nothing remains for anyone to delete. Resetting your statistics is not offered separately in version 1.0.
What Apple may collect
This policy covers the app itself. Downloading it from the App Store is a transaction between you and Apple, and Apple independently records things such as downloads and purchases. If you have turned on sharing of analytics and crash reports in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may also send diagnostic reports to developers. Those are handled under Apple’s privacy policy and are outside our control.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, any change is likely to be a clarification rather than a change to what happens with your data.
